Lamborghini is an Italian industrial group active in the automotive sector, formed in 1963, whose current headquarters is located in Sant’Agata Bolognese. Derived from the first tractor manufacturing plant consists of Ferruccio Lamborghini in 1948 (the latter brand was sold in 1971 and is now part of the SAME Deutz-Fahr).

Ferruccio’s ideas took Lamborghini to its peak of success and to take advantage of the reputation of the name, the company diversified, also starting to build racing boats, managing to win the offshore world championship in the years: 1994, 1997, 1998 , 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008.
In the nautical sector, engines exceeding 900 horsepower were produced, a power record.
1998 is the year that begins the new Lamborghini course, following the acquisition of the Toro brand by the Germans of Volkswagen.
